All Purpose Flour (no pesticides used)

We are not talking about grocery store flour here. This is stone ground flour that has not been stripped of its vitamins and minerals, protein (12.2% protein) and zinc, just so that it can live on a grocery store shelf for a lot longer. This is the way flour was sold many moons ago and still should be. It's ground in Massachusetts at Ground Up and grown in Oechsner Farm (NY) &Ā Buck Farm (ME).

This product should be kept in the fridge or frozen for future use.
